The online portal makes everything easy you know exactly what they need when they need it and they help you find it. Awesome people and great to work with they even sent us a gift of games to play with the kids. We really appreciate all of their help and would recommend.

The good my loan got approved at a good interest rate. The Bad. I almost was unable to close on my home due to the going past the promised loan closing date by 7 days. Communication towards the final days were hard to come by and almost seemed as if they were dodging my calls. I had to resubmit additional paperwork that the loan team already had which further delayed my underwriting process. It almost seemed as if I had to spoon feed everything to them.
All I have to say is, Laura and her staff were attentive, understanding, not rushing me And the were Awesome
