I've heard a lot of negatives about the company, especially in the early stages of hunting a new home. If we had not purchased a home before and worked with other lenders, I could understand how people came to this because the VA themselves are hard to deal with and have many stipulations. But, having the experience I do, I can say I found Tanner and the rest of the team to be very easy to deal with. Overall, I feel safe recommending them if you are trying to use your VA loan to purchase a home.

I had a wonderful experience with my team who were there for me every step of the way. They were very attentive and supportive I could have not chosen a better team for my home buying journey. I also, was very surprised at the attention to detail when I received a gift for my family and I the day of closing. That was very sweet and thoughtful.

Easiest and only way to buy a home. They work with you every step of the way, helping and explaining any questions you could possibly have. The team work their butt's off to get you the house of your dreams. 1000/10 definitely worth it.

Veterans United was very good to work with & they have great employees

Choosing the VA for my home loan was as close to the VIP process as you can imagine. Every step of the way, outstanding people who are very good at their jobs!
Special shout out to our realtor- Austin Baker or ' Mr. Awesome ' as my boys call him.
He was very patient, charismatic, respectful, and had a quality I can only call 'potential optimism' about each home he showed our family.
I proudly look forward knowing we are in great hands. thank you all again!

Veterans United is the first place a veteran should explore if buying their first or their retirement dream. None better. The team is the best there is. Your interest and needs are handled in a very efficient manor. You are will informed on the process and what comes next. What an easy decision when it comes to choosing a lender, Veterans United!

Truly can’t put into words how happy I was from start to finish with everyone involved.

Kristine Wilder seem to not be very helpful in the process always coming up with last minute task for me and pressuring to be done fast even though I did what was asked in timely matter. Due to her poor planning and time management I had to bend over backwards for her on more than one occasion and she wouldn't do anything to help me when I needed it. 1 out 10

First I want to start out by saying thank you Veterans United! You guys were great the whole way through! I had a bit of a different situation going on because I just transferred to my location and was getting ready to be shipped out on deployment for however long. You understood and worked with me. I had x amount of time to find a house. I told my realtor, Ed Pennington, what I was looking for and bam! He showed me a place that was exactly what I wanted. I know things at the start were a bit intense considering this was my first time buying a house with all of the calls and all of the messages and not knowing what to expect, but I’m sure glad I stuck with Veterans United after I got back from deployment. Veterans United was great all around. Thank you! If you’re looking for a loan to buy a home check out Veterans United! You won’t be disappointed!
