I don’t recommend moving twice and buying two homes in two different states in a little over four months. But, Nick and his team made that difficult process as easy as it could possibly be!
Schandler was absolutely amazing from our very first conversation. The perfect house came up on the market and we had to move quickly because we didn't have financing secured and we were not pre-approved yet. Schandler worked very hard to make it happen, get our pre-approval and application done asap. I let him know from the very beginning that I was price shopping due to interest rates being so high. He not only went to bat for my family, but he secured us a great deal that other major banks were unable to beat or even match. He kept us in the loop through the entire process and his team was able to get us approved and ready to close early (unfortunately we couldn't close early due to the sellers, but VU and my family were ready!). He even touched base with us while he was on vacation celebrating a rather large, important birthday, although he did not have to, it's just the top-notch service he provides because he wants to ensure a smooth process and buyer comfort. Schandler and his team were absolutely amazing to work with and I'm so grateful we made the decision to trust Veterans United, Schandler, and Walter. It was a great experience and the easiest out of all four home purchases and a refi! Highly recommend!
Eric’s team was absolutely phenomenal! I can’t say enough about the service that was provided each week. The knowledge he shared and helped us to understand everything just a little better was so amazing and Valuable. I will never go with another lender!! I also will forever be upset that we didn’t use Veterans United for our first home buying experience. Thank you so much for the flag pole items, the socks, and the glasses! Overall, it was a good experience. Can’t lie and say that everything was flowers. The door when it actually was a headache. But, I also wouldn’t expect it to everything goes smooth when you buy a house. I’m glad that we were working with Adam Nelson and Dena Singh. They were the ones that heard all our complaints and help us when we were very frustrated. Although I have to say it was very disappointment with the realtor that veterans United signed us with. I believe Miss Tracy Gremilion it’s a great person, but we do not feel very comfortable working with her. Felt like our needs were not being heard. And we ended up meeting Miss Celina Shultz at a house show up. Celina is a wonderful realtor and I 100% recommend her. First thing that she did was to sit us and go through the whole thing. She was more than just showing us the houses. She was teaching us what to look for it and want we want to buy. And now we a just have happy to finally have a place to call home..
I’m very grateful to even have had the opportunity to work with veterans united for my first home I’ve learned a great deal through the process alone I will definitely be reaching out here in the near future to purchase another home with veterans united
