My credit was pulled way early in my purchasing timeline without a warning. Every lender in the country called me for 2 weeks. My Apple Watch battery died cause I kept getting calls. I felt the process was very convoluted. It was supposed.to be done on one day and it took me a week and $200 to get the closing done.
