As a complete novice to the home buying experience, I feel lucky to have called up Veteran's United to begin my home buying process. Mike and Kristin were an outstanding team to have to help me do everything I needed to do. They were friendly, professional and clearly had plenty experience at their jobs. I also really liked the Veteran's United website and my profile/account on it. The To-Do List made my tasks easy to understand and complete and uploading documents, pictures and E-signing was a breeze.

Tons of clerical mistakes led to multiple delays in closing, and caused impacts to my decisions surrounding that time line. Overall, we got it done, but it wasn't smoothed. The team felt over burdened.
I was originally with USAA. For weeks I tried contacting my loan officer via phone and email but never got a response. The stress was getting overwhelming as I was new to this as a first time home buyer. I had enough and a good friend of mine recommended Dan from Veterans United. I called and immediately was on the phone with Dan speaking to him. From day one he and his teams were in constant contact with me, relieving my stress and actually turning this experience into something enjoyable. Dan was always there to speak with me if I had concerns. He and the team made me feel like a priority and not just a random number. I was always in the loop and that was a big deal for me.

This was a very straight forward and helpful service that I received. I was constantly checked on and updated. Questions were answered and even with this being my first time buying a home they made me understand the process and not feel like an idiot for not knowing something.

Kevin and his WHOLE team were outstanding! Communication and Customer Service are definitely high up on their list of priorities. They made the process easy, covering every aspect and explaining everything clearly along the way. My son and one of his buddies also dealt with Kevin, with the same results.
