Sheri Foster was so patient with my trying to find the right forever home - she was indeed truly professional and I would recommend her to everyone who is listening - (she was my real estate agent) and I really appreciate all her time she used to help me. My Loan Lady, Shanon Matlack was also great anything I did not understand she was right on it with the answers to all my questions and with all the paperwork, she was also very helpful.

Veterans United responded to my need for a home. They were completely prepared to assist and follow through. They were not just another pop up solicitation for business. Amber and her team were connected and knowledgeable for Veterans requirements and capabilities. Their response time to buying and loan process and my questions or concerns was more prompt than I had expected. I will call them first if there is another move in my future.


In general I had a good experience, but working with Morgan was extremely difficult. Communication was almost impossible.

At first I was really considering going with Navy fed but after talking to both Navy Fed and Veterans United I decided wanted to through VU. Robert answered all of my questions and I had a lot, especially as a first time buyer. Not to sound corny but I did feel like a valued customer and that my goal was important to them.

My second experience using VU.Personal Loan Specialists are nice.The hidden Underwriting people ask dumb questions and make you write childish explanations about your personal life.I felt discriminated after they found out I was a US Veteran AND Permanent Resident Alien.This experience erased the good feelings I had from my first experience with VU.
