If you can pick your loan manager I highly recommend Dane Frazier he was with me through the whole process even on his days off. His service was more than I could have ever imagined. Buying my first home was a intimidating process but he made it easy and with a great deal of caring and compassion. Thanks Brother

as a first time home buyer; they helped me out step by step in the buying process. The Veterans united team rocks.

All I can say is it couldn't be any better than this. Thank You everyone.

Very knowledgeable group of fantastic people. They are able to tackle any obstacle. Our loan officers were calm and reassuring, which helped ease our concerns over all the different aspects of purchasing a home. I would definitely reccomend and will use Veterans United again if we ever purchase another home.

Need to improve your overall location

Without all the complications I had and "special issues" that were part of my package, I would recommend VU. If there is anything out of the norm or something special or different with the case of the home buyer, I would most likely advise to stay with a local lender. Missouri interest loan rates are different than other states (ours was 4% but I still had 4.25% for my loan because MO). Make sure that when the site says closing costs are zero and no money down, insure your closing documents say the same. It was a huge bone of contention for us that zero wasn't zero and it was awfully close to us using someone local. Our personal loan specialist, Andy Moe, came through for us though and made things happen.Andy went above and beyond in order to get our loan closed. It was fraught with tension and stress with one thing happening after another. At one point, I didn't know if we were going to become homeless. The VA wasn't very helpful (for the appraisal or the permissions we needed). Andy was uncertain about the specialty of our loan (we were doing dual entitlement), but he stepped up, educated himself, and made things happen as best as he could as quickly as he could. I do not know if I would recommend Veterans United, but I would definitely recommend Andy.

I would give Veterans United my top rating. This was a 30 day close, a very tight window and they responded to the matters of timing, including the last parts of the process like underwriting in a very timely way.I was even surprised to receive a really nice pair of Air Force socks for my effort, then found out I was going to get a nice shirt sometime soon. When we checked our mail this morning we found another nice gift - a cutting monogrammed with our names on it.All that and a great new home. Thanks!

We would recommend Veterans United to anyone looking to buy a home. Very personalized service. Compassionate and friendly staff. Great interest rates. Billy also helped in connecting us to an insurance company who insures mobile homes.

If you have problems finding a lender, you need to try Veterans United. If they accept your application they will work tirelessly on your behalf to find a lender. Results aren't guaranteed, but they worked for two months to find a lender for me.

The process was painless and stress free! Everyone I worked with at VU was very professional and very helpful.
