There seemed to be way to much paper work required to get my loan approved. It seems that this procedure could be reduced. One of the main things that I found irritating was the fact that you wanted me to pay all my credit cards to zero and then not use them. I have a lot of things going on and I feel that all you should have needed to know is that I paid my cards off in full each and every month. With a credit score above 800 it shouldn't have been as difficult to go through this process.

This was my first home purchase and Veterans United made everything go as smooth as glass during the prequalification, purchase and closing processes. My loan officer and the staff were always in contact with me which meant there were no surprises or unexpected issues to address. I am self employed and the purchase phase went smoothly because Veterans United worked with me the whole way. I love my new house and hope other Veterans can experience the same some day in the near future!
