This is the fourth home I’ve purchased. I’ve never had an experience as easy as Veterans United. The loan specialist was fantastic, the website was extremely user friendly and they understand how to best utilize veteran’s benefits. I will never use another lender.
Our experience with Veterans United was very rewarding and we are so happy with the outcome!

I loved my first home buying experience with Veterans United ! I don’t think it could’ve gone any smoother and they were great in every step of the way.
Veterans United has been amazing for the third time with us for their timeliness, efficiency and availability throughout the entire process. Our realtors are also happy with them as closing day is normally smooth sailing. We will continue to reach out to Bill Musick and his team for our home buying needs.
I would highly recommend and I don’t think any other company pays as much attention to customer detail like Veterans United. As a veteran, glad I only talked with Veterans United only. I have no regrets.
Jason and Megan have been amazing! Excellent communication throughout the whole process. We were able to close within 3 weeks despite set backs from effects of COVID-19. We are completely satisfied with our buying experience!
Use this service! This company made my entire experience very fun and easy. They are a company that is FOR veterans! Amazing easy experience. I was with them for 2 years before I found my forever home and they never stopped working for me.

Veterans United made me feel right at home before I even had one. They are very caring and thoughtful people that understand the struggles for a first time buyer. I would recommend them to everyone.
Great service
Overall experience, GREAT...
All I received was excuses and delays. The appraisal took 4 weeks to come back and was constantly told that the VA was reached out to yet there was no response. This very well may be true but at what point does the loan officer or veterans United take the next step to find out what is going on or how to rectify the issue when the last note is that the appraiser went to the house on July 20th or July 24th. We should not have made it to August with this still being an issue. As a client, I should not have had to call multiple numbers to get in contact with the VA appraisal office myself. The next issue is that there miscommunication between the loan office and the title company. The title company was stating that they didn’t receive the the necessary documents and the loan officer is stating they sent them. There should have been more checks and balances in between, knowing that the client is already coming out of pocket to live in a hotel due to the appraisal coming back late and anymore mishaps would put the client even further in the hole. Here we are today and I still don’t know the official status of whether or not the loan has been funded because I all have received is a load of excuses rather advocacy on the behalf of the client. I absolutely will not recommenced veterans United because I would rather have immaculate customer service over a low interest rate.
Response from Veterans United
Kristina, We thank you for allowing us to have incite on your recent loan experience. We would like to learn more and help provide information as well if you would like to speak to one of our client advocate team members. The stress and delays that come with third parties with a loan are very understandable and we want to share that stress with our clients as well. Please do not hesitate to reach out if you would like to discuss further. Thank you for your service and thank you for choosing Veterans United.
