There’s no one like Mr. John McCarty. From the very first time I spoke with him over the phone, he always made me feel that I could call and ask him any question or concern that came up. They stayed in constant contact with me throughout the whole process. If I ha d any questions, they answered them. If they didn't know, they found out and got right back to me. They worked with my realtor on paperwork and made the process as smooth as possible. We had to change the type of loan and houses mid way through the process and they made it happen, while dealing with a pandemic having to work away from their office and team/coworkers.
I had a great experience. I did not feel overwhelmed or uneasy during this process at all.
