We appreciate the quick response to all of our questions. We were never left in the dark as to the process of our loan. Everyone at VU was professional and relatable to us which made a big difference and helped reduce our stress.

Any questions I had were answered immediately. I shopped around too for other VA loan providers but the customer service and communication just fell short from what I expected and what i was use to from V.U.
