The only reason this wasn't a 10 was because of the Loan Coordinator, Shawn Glover. She repeatedly would leave me out of emails with my agent which left me in the dark. My closing date was pushed back a week because of her lack of of communication with my agent on what was needed. With me being left out of her emails, I had absolutely no clue as to why my closing date was being continuously pushed back.




Great experience and smooth process, was in my new home in under a month.
