During these unprecedented times, I was very fortunate that the professionals at Veterans United was able to get me into my first home. Everything is done electronically and securely but there was always someone I can talk to if I had any questions or issues. Thanks, VU!
I also appreciate the work Shay did also. She is a nice woman and i hope she has a great career at Veterans. I also like Kelly’s video!
I highly recommend anyone who is a veteran who needs or desires to purchase a home as they are very courteous, respectful and helpful with any questions or concerns you may have. It was a painless process. Thank you so much for making our dream to come true.

The online dashboard was very helpful and accurate for tracking the whole home buying process.
This company is phenomenal. Smooth as silk and helped make my dream of owning a home come true. I am very thankful for the service I received

After talking to other lenders, I’m glad I picked Veterans United. The team was on my side throughout the entire process.
Great home buying experience. I experienced a customer driven performance mindset from day 1. Top notch professionals with a quest for doing things right. I even had a lady at the Law Office to which we closed at bragging on how well it was working with Veterans United. Her statement was, " This is how they ALL should be."
The title company used was sub-par and not helpful in signing instructions which delayed closing. Their Email correspondence was semi-unprofessional. The appeared laissez-faire and casual about one of the biggest purchases a person can make. Perhaps they need to be reminded that closing on a home is big deal.
