What a fantastic experience I had with Veterans United. While any home loan process can be painful due to the myriad of requirements for information and proof of income etc, I found Veterans United to be much better than my previous VA home loan with another company.My loan officer, Shawn Hall, was responsive to a degree far above what could be reasonably expected. We had communications initiated and responded to well beyond the standard business day of 9-5 Monday through Friday..If I needed to do something I would get an email stating so. As soon as I would log in to the secure website I would be shown what my tasks were. Each task was separately tracked and monitored. All previous and current documents were retained and easily found. Uploads were simple. Every task went into pending review status and the review process was rapid and usually accomplished the same day.The loan rate I received was fantastic due to a timely call from my loan officer recommending I lock in right away. Sure enough, due to the corona virus pandemic, the rates went up less than 30 minutes after locking in and haven't gone down since.Bottomline is Veterans United is absolutely the way to go for a VA loan based on my experience.
