It's difficult to share everything good about Veterans United. My husband is a disabled vet and VU made everything seem easy and not once did we feel like things weren't going to work out. From soup to nuts, VU made sure all of our requirements were met, and timely, and nothing fell through the cracks. Nothing. And that's rare during a home sale/purchase--especially through closing. If we ever purchase another home, we will only go with Veterans United! Thank you!

Veterans United did an awesome job from the beginning to the end. They matched us with the perfect realtor and she did an outstanding job assisting us through out the entire process. Rachel and the staff at Veterans United, we greatly appreciate everything you did to make our first time purchasing a home a wonderful experience. And thank you for introducing us to an outstanding realtor Ms. Leslie Ramsey!!!!
They worked very hard to get us a good interest rate and terms. Gave us plenty of options on loan types. Underwriters worked very hard to get us closed when the home appraisal ran late and did not come back on time. Buying a home was a stressful experience, but I cant imagine how much worse it would have been banking with an out of town company.
Glad to know VA loans are once again available
I was a notary public in the State of California and was involved in the home loan process during closings. I also have a home in California and saw the good and bad sides of the real estate industry. There were many unethical, dishonest, and outright criminal individuals and organizations involved in the downturn of the real estate industry that we are still recovering from. Because of my experience I can sort out the good from the bad.
Veterans United Home Loans is one of the organizations contributing to the rebirth of the real estate industry! This is because of its team members who care about their customers and their profession. I can't say enough about the Veterans United staff. They are more than outstanding!
During our loan process we faced serious obstacles in securing our loan for our home. We never thought we would qualify. To our astonishment and joy I am composing this review in the comfort of my home! We consider Veterans United Home Loans family. The staff went beyond their roles and duties to help us. Even during the tough times they were positive and this infused my wife Sharon and I with positive attitudes. The staff practices customer service and then some!
We endorse and recommended Veterans United Home Loans! Carpe Diem!

Thank you, for the way you guys support Veterans and Soldiers.
After an unfortunate run in with my local land lord I contacted VU as a last ditch effort to upgrade my lifestyle. I didn't think I would qualify but I knew the Ligthouse program would guide me to that point. I figured I would have to stay in the pace I was leasing for like a year. That was August 9 2015. It is now November 12 2015. Two days ago I closed on a wonderful property in a beautiful subdivision. That's three months from the time I decided to take action till the time I got the keys to my new home.
Everyone was friendly and it seemed like they were always trying to make the process smooth. It did take action from me and I am sure my speed to action was a big part of the short time it to. But they were excellent guides. Julie told me what I needed to do to pre-qualify and how long it would take. She even helped me get my credit scores updated when I did get the things done. The Jeff and Erin told me all the things I need to get pre-approved and eventually close on this deal.
Thank you all so much!
I had heard that getting a VA loan could be a hassle but this was an easy process and my wife and I are forever grateful for what VA United did for us. We now have a brand new home that we never believed we could have owned before. Thank You so much.
This was truly a good experience. Made it easier then what I had dealt with prior and made it a positive to finding a home.
There are a lot of companies out there that service VA loans. At the beginning of the whole process, I had no idea where to start. Through very fortuitous circumstances, I was linked up with Veterans United early on and had such a positive experience overall with this company. My loan officer, Nick Holman, was a great resource and supportive throughout the process and his transactions coordinator, Ashley Black, was as responsive, timely, and encouraging as a professional working in the home loan industry could be! Every time I had a question or issue (there were many for this first-time home buyer!), Ashley gave me the information I needed and brought me to the next step of the process of getting to closing. What a great team! I cannot recommend Veterans United highly enough! After having such a positive experience with Veterans United, I feel entirely confident in recommending them to fellow veterans in your quest to purchase a home. They will take good care of you!
