It made me feel good, all over again, when I learned that some of the people I dealt with, and really appreciated the first time, had been recognized for their exceptional customer service and been promoted to a higher level of responsibility. To me that is a company that pays attention to their people and rewards good work. It is one thing to have satisfied customers and even better to encourage your employees!
The only thing I did not like was that I started off communicating with one person and ended with another. Other than that it was an overall great experience
