Throughout this entire process Doug and his team of professionals have been extremely helpful with what I needed. The customer support was outstanding, even when I knew it was late and had questions I'd send it anyway expecting a response the next day but I'd get an answer that night. Doug and team made sure that i was not looking beyond my means even though I considered myself a savvy person they helped keep me focus and reasonable. I cannot say enough about this team.

Would have preferred a little more communication about Emilee emailing my boss directly. I forwarded her email address as proof for some documents and in the end it was fine but it made me look slightly unprofessional to not give her a heads up and Emilee stated in the email to my boss I had given her the contact information (not entirely true).
