The only gripe we had was with our loan coordinator. She was very hard to reach on the phone. Where there was a lack Matt was able to make up for it.
Veterans United Home Loans was professional and easy to use. They walk you through everything. I used them for my mortgage to purchase as well as my re-fi.

Methodical and smooth. No snags and very open for questions. Closing papers were perfect. Closed in 1 hr, 12 minutes. WOW!
