Refinancing with Veterans United online site was streamlined and made it very simple to see what tasks I needed to complete to move forward. Everything went as planned and was totally hassle free. My loan specialist, Josh Kittle, was available to take care of all questions and concerns. He checked in with me often through the process and if I called him, he was available or got back to me the same day.
