This whole experience was incredible. Everybody on my team was wonderful. The communication was better than I expected, and they really helped explain every part of the process so that there was never any surprises. This was my first home buying experience, so I was anxious and nervous at the start of it, but Ty and the rest of the team did a wonderful job making sure the whole process was as stress free as possible. I am sure every Veterans United team is great, but I think I had the best one.

VU was so easy to work with. The initial pre-approval process where you can adjust your approved amount and share it right from that page is very convenient. The to-do list on the app is a life saver. There are so many items to get done. Even as a second time home buyer it's still a little confusing. Having it laid out exactly what needs to be done makes it simple. Lastly, the communication from the whole VU team was amazing, which made me feel more at ease when things got a little hectic.
Everyone was absolutely wonderful. We had questions that would come up and each time someone answered the phone to assist us! Multiple times we were checked on with the home buying process and we couldn’t have been happier! Highly recommend.
