Veterans United made what seemed to be an impossible and never-ending process into a doable process with a clear timeline and much less worry and confusion that I’ve dealt with in the past. The communication is second-to-none, with automatic emails coming whenever something new was added to my to-do-list on the website or there were documents for me to review, and my agent (Travis Ward) kept me informed via text, email and calls.
