The real hero of this ordeal was Kathy Monnig, didn’t matter what time or what day of the week, she answered 95% of my calls and expeditiously returned the ones she missed. She didn’t have all the answers but she would go find them and get back to me immediately. Cannot thank her enough.

I would just say that there were a few times that my process was held up by others who incorrectly did my paperwork to sign and little things such as checking if there is an HOA was dragged out a few days more than I feel it should've been. Everybody was nice and professional and I will be coming back if I look to purchasing a new home in the future but those would be my only critiques.
