Veterans United provided us with a team that was available to answer our questions and were very patient while we were searching for our home. They provided step by step guidance and always kept us informed on what was going on.
Even with all that is going on the COVID 19. I was still able to close on time. My family was very happy.
Veterans United needs to focus on over communicating with individuals going through this process which occurs via email, website, text messages, and phone calls. The communication was decent but could have been better. This would have prevented closing taking so long with a call prior discussing all the fees associated with the final disclosure statement.
