Buying a house has it's stress...if we can make the process smoother...i.e. pre-required document list…then asking for the additional items may make things much easier. Let's identify the show stoppers before the show start not bring them out when the show should be ending....

They all worked to put me in the best position possible. If its about efficient process, client care and support as well as the best financial outcome for your mortgage, then that's Veterans United.
As first time homeowners, we were somewhat nervous about the entire process. A little overwhelming was what we anticipated our experience to be. In fact it was so easy going and professionally maintained by Nick and his coworkers, we thought we were missing something. Everything from start to finish, big or small, pretty much anytime of day was addressed promptly and completely. They asked us the questions we did not know to ask, they were willing and great at explaining anything that was not understood. They maintained communication with our realtor and really maintained a solid advocate in the whole home buying experience. Great communication, client service and extremely convenient for our situation. As a Veteran/active duty couple, our schedules were chaotic but that had little to no impact on the process. The website is simple to read, paperwork easy to upload and/or sign. Even someone experienced in home buying , would find VeteransUnited more then helpful. I definitely give 5 star, two thumbs up, and 10s across the board. Thanks!!
