The person who worked on our loan did not respond in m efficient time manner and tasked us with things a couple days before closing when we had asked multiple times if there was anything we could do to speed up the process.
I would recommend Veteran's United to anyone who is eligible for it. It's a wonderful loan.

Seth and Erik did such a great job and were on top of their game. Jake I feel dropped the ball on more than one occasion. I would call and text him and would not hear from him for a day or two. Seth and Erik instantaly answered all my questions on the spot and returned my call in minutes. My closing was pushed back due to the holidays and thats fine but everytime I asked jake about closing dates, he was just telling me what I wanted to hear and not the true dates. One call to Seth and he gave me a date that was further away than the 3 dates jake gave me, but it was the one I closed on.

When dealing with a VA loan it would be beneficial to tell the borrower all the requirements of the VA upfront and send them a clearer list of things the borrower will have to take care of and pay for themselves so it isn't all of a sudden/last minute. For people who do not live in an urban setting it takes longer since these services are not always locally available.
