Easy to work with and extremely knowledgable and Veteran oriented. Thanks guys and gals for a wonderful home buying experiance.
First time buyer here, and I had a great experience with Veterans United. The Staff was very helpful throughout the process, I would definitely recommend Veterans United Home Loan specially to veterans looking to buy a home
They really take the time to work with their customers
My spouse and I have worked with other home loan organizations in the past but none compare to the ease that Veterans United provided which was professional, courteous, and prompt service. As a matter of fact Veterans United did their job so well that my spouse and I were waiting on the buyers of our previous home for about 3 weeks before we could move into our new home. Veterans United will be our go to for any future home loans or refinancing. I will definitely be recommending them to other veterans.

Sydney Mcfall and Samantha Howard are mortgage rock stars! Seamless start to finish. I had to go into hospital before closing and they they still pulled it off on time, without missing a beat, Thank you ladiies!
Veterans United was hands down the best experience I have had buying a home.
I think Alice has a great team working with her. They are all very helpful.
I had a positive experience working with Veterans United to get my VA loan. The process was painless and there were more information that was made available to help me go through from start to finish.
Would defiantly use them again. Great experience.
Their market department is on point. The realtor they recommended Mr.Standbrough was wonderful. The closing department (Whittney Elliott) is inexperienced and not detail oriented (misspellings, emailed improper appraisal amount, sent me Navy orders after telling me my AF orders looked funny to her. ect...). However the interest rate is low and the company seems sound. Last but not least, shop around for home insurance. V.U.'s advisor/insurance broker (Peggy) recommended insurance that was $500 more and covered less than I was quoted from USAA.
