The process of qualifying to buy a home using a VA loan is not easy. The VA is very demanding and potential buyers must prove their credibility through a very rigorous and thorough process before the VA will guarantee a home loan in their behalf, especially with no money down. Only negative thing I will say is not about veterans United. Just know if your house is owned by Freddy Mac your in for a long hard and stressful ride getting your home. It was so aggravating even Nate and mark has to make some phone calls cause they were stressing them out. They would say there not gunna fix something take 2 weeks to then say they would fix it. Happened twice causing us to close almost a whole month late. Nate and mark handled it great though. Will use them in the future.
Our loan officers, Bill Bales and Allie Leiva, were extremely knowledgeable and professional during all phases of the loan process. We always knew exactly what information was needed from us and where to find it. Bill and Allie kept us and the loan process on track and made sure that everything moved forward in a timely manner.
