The refinance process with Veteran's United was quick and easy! This was the best loan/refinance experience I've ever had. I would highly recommend Veteran's United to friends and family.
Buying a home from over seas was stressful. It didn’t help very small issues came up less than 24 hours before closing and small issues persisted until 3 hours after closing. My loan coordinator said to my wife and I the day before closing “I have been spread very thin this month with my workload.” had this been know to my wife and I more than 24 hours before closing I feel we’d be understanding. But to start having issues this close to our closing window I feel it was used as an excuse to make up for the actions. Over all we got the house and VU got their job done. It wasn’t a walk in the park, but it was stressful. We are happy with our new home.
