They help you through each step of the home buying process, and have video's/short clips explaining what to expect. They always keep in touch and always get back to you when ever needed. They also offer other benefits such as advice on credit building to help with pre approval etc. My personal experience was great, and I do recommend them to any and all. Seemed pretty good. I felt that not being funded at closing was wierd but the selker who is in business flipping himes didnt seem to mind.I feel a private seller may not have been amused.
