Mike, Erin and all people I had helping me with my loan were very professional and helpful.
Personal communication did not exist. Closing disclosures were all over the place for a month. Explanations of many topics never discussed. Incredibly disappointed.

Jon was not only outstanding, but very responsive. The re-fi process was extremely easy; we are impressed not only with how smooth the process went from start to finish, but also with the VU website and handling everything entirely online and via text message. This is extremely convenient for those of us working full time. Then, having a mobile notary come to us at our convenience for wet signatures on the final documents - wow!!! The VU process is nothing less than amazing! Outstanding service from Jon’s assistant, Ashley, too! Highly recommend and will definitely use again if needed. Thank you, Jon and Ashley!!!
