I went to a few different lenders and I can tell you this, veterans united is by far the best customer service I’ve experienced, other lenders treated me like I wasn’t worth doing business with, they made my whole first time buying experience so easy eventhough there were days when I was stressing my loan officer Jaimie was very great she answer all of my question fast and explained everything, overall my experience was great, would definitely recommend.
Matched my rate with quicken loans to 3.25% and later lowered my rate even further to 2.875 at no additional cost.

I purchased a new home while I was out of state and Kendall Haun the loan officer and Christal Browning the real estate agent did absolutely everything. I could not have asked for an easier more transparent process. When we got into town, we just signed the paperwork and was handed the keys. Thank you for an amazing program!!
