We had a very positive experience over all with our Loan officer and Veterans United.
The covid 19 outbreak caused a lot of communication issues between the veterans united team and my realtor. Without the assistance from my legal team and JAG I would have lost the house and faced a lawsuit. The team remained friendly however I was left out of the loop for items and tasks that inevitably fell thru. I would not take the chance moving forward to risk this sort of negligence from my lender.
