I was surprised to find that Veterans United was far and above the best loan process I have ever used. Always responded quickly and accurately to any requests or questions I had. My loan team actually answers their phones! I had Navy Federal for two other mortgages. I love Navy Federal, but the mortgage process is painful. Nobody ever answered their phones, and it took a few days t get someone to call me back. You will be very happy with Veterans United.
