I’ve had the most amazing experience with Veterans United! They got us into our dream home in just a month! I couldn’t believe how quick and easy it was!

Working with Veterans United was very easy. It was nice working with a team of professionals. All aspects of getting/processing my home loan went very smoothly ... just like clockwork. Was a pleasure working with all involved,

It’s super easy I would recommend doing it just be smart have some money saved up and be financially smart

I had a great experience with Veterans United. Both the loan officer and assistant were extremely helpful. I felt in good hands through the entire process.

Thanks team.. you guys rock. Wish I would have never listened to past brokers and their BS about the VA loan process.

I cannot account for others but my experience with VetUnited was exceptionally well, a great combination of excellent service, solid advice, very knowlangble staff and I got a great rate locked in. I highly recommend you give them a change and weight your options. I’m glad I applied

Do not hesitate! Many corporations out there preach the word but never back it up. Veterans United really does care about us veterans and will make you feel that your contribution to this country means something. Outstanding team that always keep you in the loop and they really respect and honor your time served. Good to know and can say now that we have closed on our new home and Veterans United truly does care about you from the moment your process starts to your handed the keys to your new home. Well done Veterans United, well done.

Having gone through the home buying process with other financial institutions, I can say that Veterans Untied stands “Head and Shoulder” above the rest. The process was practically seamless, the website is extremely easy to navigate as is the document upload process. As a veteran I knew where I stood every step of the way, never a question. But the most important part aside from the technology was the “People” in my case Charlie and Kat. I cannot stress enough the importance of having the right Team; my wife and I did have that Team with Charlie and Kat. In closing, I’m very appreciative of the support provided through the entire process. I would strongly recommend Veterans United. Thank you

This company is amazing. They will go above and beyond for their veterans. They truly made me feel appreciated. I was so worried about how stressful this process would be but Veterans United, my loan team, and my realtor made this process so smooth. Thank you all so much.

Experience first-hand why 340,056 homeowners give us a perfect score!
Veterans United has done something that I never thought possible, I finally own my 1st home. Let me be clear first and foremost that my credit score was a 730 (Transunion) and I did not need to submit any extra paperwork to the under-writer except for a verification of on-time payments due to me not have much credit history. (You must have 3 verification to be able to close.) The process was a lot less painless than I expected. My advice is to get ALL the documentation to your loan officer as soon as possible.(You will need access to a scanner). The faster you get them the information the faster they can try to work their magic. My loan officer was Robert Freeman (ext: 5535). He never left my side and literally gave me a step by step breakdown of the process. Even when I would call to ask what I thought was a bothersome question, he would answer it with no problem (or get the answer within 24 hrs). He regularly ensured me that I was not being bothersome with the questions I had and actually encouraged me to ask more and to not be afraid to ask the questions. During the process once you have found the right place, you will be asked to do a VA appraisal. This is non-negotiable with the VA Home Loan.(It was my only mandatory out of pocket expense) They can be harsh but it is all for your protection. (Mine made the home-owner fix 2 outlet covers and a telephone jack cover because the were missing.) Remember the VA Appraiser is an appraiser and not an inspector. I recommend getting a home inspection as well. You may be grateful that you did (I was). To be completely honest if I knew what I know now I would have done this years ago with Veterans United, All in all my process was smooth and painless and I would recommend Veterans United to anyone. Thank you again Robert and Veterans United, Nicholas Bitler (Army Veteran)

We began the process of buying our new home back in June of 2018. We worked diligently with our Loan Specialist to get qualified. She was knowledgeable and a joy to work with. Once qualified, we found our dream home and unfortunately a Cat 4 Hurricane hit us directly, impacting our future home. This lead to the next three months of bumps and hurdles that the team at Veteran's United worked tirelessly to overcome. Additional inspections, repairs, more inspections - they could not have treated us better. We highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you Dan, Aaron and Bobbie for everything! You've gained four more family members to yours.

Justin is someone I would recommend to anyone do to his friendly nature and outstanding knowledge of how the process works.

Our experience with Veterans United was very positive. From the beginning of the process, Mark Dischert, had our best interests at heart. He gave us options. We began the process last summer when we wanted to sell our exsisting home and downsize. For a variety of reasons, that venture didn’t work. So when when we decided to refinance our house to take care of some obligations and make retirement more financially more comfortable we called Mark. The process went smoothly, we got a fair interest percentage. Thank you Mark and Angie for staying with us and getting the,job done.GMM1(SW) David M. Grayson USN Retired
