The only "negative " I may have is the amount of hoops that had to be crossed to complete the process. But in all fairness, me and my spouse were refinancing from a traditional loan to a veterans loan so this may have contributed to the additional steps necessary to complete the loan.

I personally thank her efforts as MVP.We all was the most valuable player, but Ms. Ess was also the Most Available Player.
