This is more than just a mortgage company. They will help you with your credit and helped me improve mine greatly. Their team dynamic is much more capable than just a single person trying to manage all your needs and paperwork. Not only did they help me get my mortgage but they offered assistance with moving and provided plenty of military/veteran friendly companies that offered things from insurance to a cable provider. They took a lot of stress out of the home buying experience and I only have good things to say about them. They’re motivated and dedicated and they get the job done.

The whole process was super quick and relatively simple and Lindsey was always available to answer my questions.
The only thing I would have liked was the choice to roll all the extra fees etc into my loan (aka my loan is slightly more ($6k) than the price I agreed to pay for the house). I personally don't mind as I plan to pay my loan off early anyway, but it may make a difference for some people in the long run. It would have been nice to at least had it explained to me that that's what was happening, as it created some confusion at the end with getting money back vs owing some $$ at closing (which is the norm for most people).
Michelle's team was so on top of things that often I knew things before my real estate agent did! Give those people a raise and my family's warmest thanks!
