My wife and I are computer incompetent with limited wifi equipment (no printer) but the personnel (loan specialist and real estate agent) got us through the process. Despite the inconvenience of not having the proper equipment or computer skills, we closed without any delays.

I honestly didn't think I would be able to purchase a home, I clicked on United veterans site to see if I could get preapproved, they said yes and it all worked out. If your a veteran you owe it to yourself to give them a chance. They can and will get the job done. I couldn't be happier.
