Everything went quickly and smoothly. I like how quick everything shows up once submitted. I also like the emailing system that shows everything that has been done and has to be done.
Would recommend as a lender. They are well versed on VA mortgages and second-tier entitlements. Additionally, the lender expressed refinance options with no additional costs to the buyers, if loan is in good standing. This was definitely a plus for us.

Veterans United is a one stop shop for your homebuying needs. They set up everything we needed from credit fix, to home loan specialist and realtor to include many behind the scenes personel that I don't know their names. Miles Beaupart helped us fix our credit to get where we needed to be. Our personal loan specialist Jared Albach walked us through ever step and worded everything to help us understand the process. Our realtor Sherrie Christian (Minnesota) was absolutely amazing. All of these people were very down to earth and went above and beyond expectations to complete the job. I had 60 days to fix my credit and purchase a house before my PCS. I completed the credit fix while on TDY at a school which took close to 30 days. Purchasing from approval from sellers to close was completed in close to 25 days (it may have been a few days quicker than that) this team accomplished the impossible. I was able to utilize veterans United through my cell phone. It made the process easier for me. I was able to review documents and send them back to them signed. Limiting the amount of paper waste, that’s important to me.
