Veterans United process was very simple and the staff helped every step of the way. I would definitely recommend them.

I had an amazing experience with Veterans United. I started this journey 4 months ago with poor credit so I was placed into the Lighthouse Program and given recommendations on how to improve my credit score. Within 3 months my credit rating improved an average of 75 points. Because of that I was able to buy a brand new house on the golf course. I am so appreciative of team at VU. Thank you Gabe, Jeff and Justin! I couldn’t have done with without you.

Knows his job well. Works for you!!

Helpful through the whole process. They answered any questions we had.

After experiencing a short sale 5 years ago, we were reluctant about the home ownership process. Veterans United quieted our fears with precise, professional advice. Processes were clear and easy to understand. The portal provided timely updates. We were never in the dark about our status.

If you are looking for a lender this is the place to come! Everything happened within 30 days as planned, they work with you to make sure you have everything you need. They also communicate with you to make sure you are complete and ready to go in a timely manner. I will most definitely be reffering a friend.

The team did everything and then some it was greatly appreciated and thanks again

Our experience with VU was just the best. From start to finish, from my first inquiry to Close went so quick, it was amazing. No hassle, very little stress, and we just LOVE our new home!

great people, actually enjoyed the experience.

We had been trying to buy a house for several years, recovering from financial hardship and trying to rebuild our credit. Everyone we talked to either turned us down, stalled, avoided us, or in one instance, told us we were approved, and then when we were talking to a realtor about touring some homes, called us again to tell us that we never actually were approved. We had basically decided to give up for a few years, which made us feel very defeated; My kids are growing up, and they have never been able to have a house that they could consider their real home. My wife and I had moved 16 times in 13 years, and we really wanted to put down roots.I had seen the ads for Veterans United online, but didn't really give them much thought. It seemed too good to be true, and we figured that our only shot was with a small, local outfit. Since we had tried everything else, we decided to give them a try, figuring that the worst they could do was say no.They got back to us immediately, were courteous, respectful, professional, and compassionate. We got an answer about our credit right away. We were not approved, but we were immediately handed over to a team of specialist who were able to quickly identify some things we could to that would get us approved. We followed their directions, called back after we had done so, and they reevaluated us right away, and handed us back to the loan team. After that, it was like clockwork. Everyone we worked with was simply amazing. Every one of them seemed competent and confident, and since this was our first time buying, held our hands through every step along the way. Every one of them was very friendly and helpful at all times. One very important thing was that I was always able to reach someone directly when I had any questions or concerns. Even when unexpected and unusual complications arose on our end, they were able to address them and reassure us right away, and get us back on track. In the end, we found an amazing home in an area we love, and were able to buy it at a much interest better rate than anyone else had ever dared to suggest. They kept in touch, and even sent little gifts to congratulate us. It may sound silly, but that really meant a lot to my wife and me after the treatment we had received from everyone else (and neither of us is the sort to complain about bad service).Honestly, if you are eligible, and you are in the market, give them a try. They will do a great job.

My experience with Veterans United has been nothing short of Amazing! This was our family's very first home purchase and I was really nervous about applying for a home loan. I took the plunge and applied on the Veterans United website on a Sunday night and I expected to get a call back within a few days. Out of sheer disbelief, I received a phone call from Greg who asked me questions about my application. I was pre-qualified that same night. After the pre-qualification, I spoke with Billy, our loan officer, who informed me of what I needed to do in order to complete my loan. After submitting the required documents I was able to start my home search and they provided me with an expert realtor to help guide me through my home search. After only three days of home searching, my wife and I found the perfect home. After securing an accepted offer on our home. Beth, our transaction coordinator, guided us through the underwriting process. Beth was amazing! We now have a house that we love and it took approximately 30 days from start to finish. Thank you Veterans United for opening the door to home ownership for the Rushing Family.

Outstanding service from the entire team! They make the process very transparent and stress-free. I definitely recommend the Veterans United team if you are buying a home.

I found the Veterans United representatives always to be respectful, friendly, accessible and helpful. Their requests for information were reasonable and all I had to do was to provide the financial information that was requested. They gave me confidence that my mortgage application was in good hands and would be approved without difficulty.

He did what he said he would do.
