Thanks Team, Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. God bless you all.
As a new home buyer I was not looking for a home when I ended up in the buying process! It sort of just happened and to make a long story short I pivoted from two other properties pretty much turning on a dime and going a different direction each time and from the Seller John, Loan Officer Katie and her team including Brie, down to my agent Robert, they all turned in that same direction in unison! Great experience overall and will do it again in a few years!
Through out the whole process it was tvery difficult to get a hold of our loan agents when I called to ask questions and to even get email replies. It made the process very difficult and stressful.
Veterans United has the lowest fees and are the absolute experts at VA loans no matter how complicated. I will always use them and highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to purchase a home.
Veterans United was wonderful! They made the whole home buying process so easy! I would 100% recommend them! I have to give a shout out to our Loan officer Derek Parnell, we could not ask for a better Loan officer!
The entire team was very knowledgeable, kind, and easy to work with. Any service member would be lucky to have this team assisting them in the home buying process.
You guys and this company are the best there is hands down and it was an absolute pleasure working with everyone on the team. My family and I cannot thank you all enough for the hard work and dedication you helped us with. We are forever grateful and will always put your company out in front for all to know and see.
Thank you so much for the wonderful work! Highly appreciated.
Veterans united is an amazing organization and you can rely on them, even if you’re unsure when you want to start looking and don’t know when you want to buy they will remember you and call you to check up and go over hoop and obstacle that the market throws at them and you. They’re 5 star all around!
It has been a great experience! Especially for veterans who know less about the process and would like to know the advise they get are trusted.
As a first time homebuyer I expected alot more from my team you can find genuine people this service felt automated.

Should you wish to share any further details, a member of our Client Advocate Management Team is happy to assist you.
We’ve have a great experience working with Veterans United. The whole group was awesome and on top of everything. Communication with them was quick and very easy.
Overall it was a great experience. The only ding was the fact that they were way off in terms of the loan estimate. By thousands which I thought was egregious so that caused a lot of panic on my end. I must say Jeff got right on it and rectified the situation for me to his credit.
Veterans United provided an amazing experience for my wife and I. Desi, Ryan, Okonwa, even the myVU app was fun to work with. That Veterans United jingle plays in my mind every time I saw the phone ring or a team text on my phone from the loan team. DO NOT STOP what you guys do!
I wish you would have asked for Matt: this Guy made the loan process a little stressfull, after we had some problems with the fire alarms in a conventional loan which was unheard of. And I was going back and forth with my real estate agent and the buyer on getting them installed which I had to spend over 500 dollars out of my pocket to find out that the house already had fire alarms. Now, I told Matt about the situation and he was well aware when he said ‘’ I suggest you install the alarms’’ when the seller and their agent were already annoyed off because of the situation. Also, Bailey said she was doing everything she could but at the same time the last day before closing i called my loan team regarding the alarms and sent them text messages desperate to see if i was going to close the next day and how much I needed for the cashiers check, which I got to closing without the cashiers check ready thanks to my loan team, and no answer until the day of the closing. The same day of the closing when Bailey called me telling me that the appraiser dropped the requirements. First and last time I have a loan with you guys I chose you guys because of your guys motto on helping veterans but your guys costumer service sucks tbh. Thanks for the loan and I hope the managers sees this and makes improvements on their personnel.

We're sorry to hear your experience wasn't what you were expecting, Edgar. When it comes to required repairs, we are all at the mercy of the third-party appraiser. We hate to hear the issues weren't resolved in a quicker manner, and we will work with our appraisal partners to ensure their standards of service are equal to ours. Thank you for your feedback.
