Well as I stated before we saw the ad for Veterans United on Facebook and read some of the Reviews positive and negative ones and I have to say, for the negative comments of people complaining about this process ,those people are the ones that are NOT doing there DUE DILIGENCE! This Process works from the LIGHTHOUSE PROGRAM, which we had to do to get our credit straight first Thank you Joshua! To the PURCHASE OF NOW OUR NEW HOME AS OF FEBRUARY 10 , 2020.This company did everything they Promised to Help Veterans Get a Home, For those people leaving negative comments please keep in mind there not doing there part YOU have to put in work if you want to have a new Home We Did and we are now OFFICIALLY HOMEOWNERS THANK YOU VETERANS UNITED!
Veterans United helped me through the entire process of purchasing my home. As a first time buyer, Veterans United guided me through the entire process smoothly.
If you're a first time home buyer I would 100% say go with VU. Not only were they professional and proficient when it came to buying a home but they also provided us access to a sister service of their's for the insurance for our home. Thank you Mike and everyone else who made facilitated this reality for us to become homeowners!!!

They don't care what they sell you.
I was treated like I was homeless & need to be thankful for any POS I recieved.
I didn't move out the barracks into my home.
I wasn't homeless when I called VETERANS United but I felt like I was by the staff.
I left a $355.000 home to relocate in another state. & the best I could get was a home that reminds me of something left over from a tornado going through a trailer park.
Buyer beware, Veteran beware.

I would recommend United Veterans loan service to any veteran seeking a VA loan. They are very helpful and try to get the best loan and interest rate for you. They will guide you through the whole process until closing escrow. 5 Stars
One of the biggest and most stressful events in life is purchasing a home, not a house, but a home that you plan on living your life in: raising a family, celebrating milestones and mourning tragedies, rescuing and burying pets, growing old as you welcome the next generation, and creating the memories that will be passed on as family history. So, it's not something to be taken lightly. Veterans United intrinsically understood that and every step of the way ensured that this very important first step --acquiring a mortgage -- would be the least of our worries thus allowing us to concentrate fully on our most important challenge, finding that home. And we did. We were treated with the utmost respect and dignity. At no point did we ever feel anything other than their sincere efforts in getting us into our home with a mortgage that was right for us.
The whole process was handled with ease. My questions were always answered.

If you value respect, transparency, and having a team to work for you and your families home buying needs, Veterans United is no-brainer.You see, I wasted a lot of time with a previous lender who obviously believed that me and my family's time wasn't a priority for them. I wouldn’t recommend this team to my other veteran friends to use based on the time it took to get things moving as well as Katie Rose’s unprofessional attitude. It is a shame too because Katie Willis worked very hard and was so nice through it but Katie Rose just brought all her hard work down.
