My closing was pushed back due to the holidays and thats fine but everytime I asked jake about closing dates, he was just telling me what I wanted to hear and not the true dates. One call to Seth and he gave me a date that was further away than the 3 dates jake gave me, but it was the one I closed on.

When dealing with a VA loan it would be beneficial to tell the borrower all the requirements of the VA upfront and send them a clearer list of things the borrower will have to take care of and pay for themselves so it isn't all of a sudden/last minute. For people who do not live in an urban setting it takes longer since these services are not always locally available.
