After shopping around for the the best prices, I stumbled across this company. Not only do they offer a low fee but their interest rates were more than a 1/4 point lower on interest. Then Cindy, our loan specialist, managed to get so many things covered in the closing costs, paid by the seller, that we actually got a refund that was higher than our deposit. Couple that with the direct connection with the VA for the filing of paperwork and this company ‘ROCKS’.Highly recommend this company and will certainly use them again for all of my loan needs.
