Although there is "a lot" of paperwork...the Veterans United team did an awesome job breaking it down so that my family could understand what we were signing and made recommendations where we needed to do a little research before taking actions.
Everyone was very helpful and communicative, and were very nice about explaining things since this was our first time buying a home.
