I became a bit frustrated when I was asked more than once for documentation of things my company would not provide and had to justify my temporarily decreased income (multiple times) due to an injury. Sarah and Danielle knew I was frustrated and continued to help me work through the issues. Being tenacious is definitely necessary when trying to refinance however Veterans United and their staff made it it as painless as possible. I am happy with the end results and grateful to them all.
