John was great to work with but I had to rate VU as a 7 because we had a lot of issues along the way. I do not think any of the issues were John's fault. Some may have just been the process altogether. The most frustrating part was having our closing date and time get pushed back multiple times. ALso our funds did not come in by the promised day. Moving forward, I think VU should be more cautious about closing dates and times and when/how funds are dispersed because this caused us a great deal of issues.

This loan was by far the easiest I have ever done and that’s saying a lot. VA loans can be difficult and have obstacles and they made this process so smooth I forgot half the time I was going through the loan process. They were just so on top of everything. Great work!
