Very helpful during the process
This process went so smooth and flawlessly..i thought it was a scam...it was just to easy..to slick..that was because of Tyler Salter..guy just know his way through this process ..could navigate his way round any issues he came up against..what in complete and total control through out and always made me feel as though he only had my best interest in mind..I feel fortunate to have had him as my agent.

Everyone we spoke with at Veterans United was always very helpful. They were very responsive to emails and calls. This was our 3rd time purchasing a home and this experience has been the best. Really great to upload documents in a secure manner online. My only feedback is that with interest rates being so volatile, VU needs to have an option for borrowers to adjust their locked interest rate to a lower rate if the interest rates decrease prior to closing. We could have walked away and started the process over again and received a 3.125 % vs the 3.25% we settled with. Hope you make some changes as a result of this feedback.

Taylor and Jackie were exceptional to work with through this process. They kept me updated, called me if anything needed to be done or just to let me know something has moved and changed ect. They dealt with my many calls and emails and always were professional, friendly and polite. If I ever hear of a veteran looking for a lender I will refer them to VU and Taylor & Jackie.
