This is my second time financing with Veterans united and I'd do it again.

Lost paperwork, placing the information given in the wrong perspective, information that wasn't needed then was a top priority after when they told me it wasn't needed, person we started with disappeared other people assigned lack of consistency and service. The only good thing I can say is they got the job done eventually

Only part I didn’t like was as soon as I entered a query for information I felt forced to go with Themis company. I wasn’t really able to search even though I am pretty certain I saw better interest rates.
Great and I will use them again for my next home.

Tony and Jason were amazing throughout the whole process. They thoroughly explained everything and answered all questions promptly. They did everything within their power to make our closing happen on time, even if it meant more work for them. These two gentlemen are absolutely amazing individuals who value and respect their jobs. We were hesitant about finding a loan due to all of the horror stories that we have heard. If only Jason and Tony were available to civilians, their experiences would be the best they could ever dream of. It was a pleasure to have Tony and Jason as our loan team. Most helpful through out the entire process!! I had problems at closing time and they were there helping all the way to the closing table even had to speak with my loan officer at the closing table!!
