I was in a very delicate spot when I contacted Veterans United, I had signed a contract with a target closing date as its customary, however the seller wanted to back out and would use any excuse to break contract. That is when Jeremy came in, I explained the situation and even when it would be difficult he said that he would do the best to have closing on time. Also interest rate was lowered when locked and closing cost lower than then the other who claimed to be leaders. These guys responded every single question and guided me all the way.
