I got a call on Sunday to start my loan process and closed on the estimated.
As I answered Matt's congratulatory email, all of the customer service personnel that we were in contact with, made our purchasing experience a pleasant and uneventful process. Anything that came up was handled in the quickest and best way possible, with full explanation. My wife and I are totally satisfied with the process and truly happy with the outcome.

Their was a few times where information was getting misinterpreted. Also I started with 1 loan team and ended up getting a different one which added a little confusion sometimes.
I was skeptical but after going through the process it was fast, easy and I am now living in my new home.
