Keep this man and his team on payroll they are extremely hardworking and caring. As a first home buyer I never felt lost in the process or has a question they or Ashton himself couldn’t answer. And my realtor was amazing and I know she doesn’t work at veterans but she was picked by them and I’m grateful for that.
Everyone involved during our home purchase was absolutely amazing!! I can’t thank them enough for communicating everything with us and quickly processing our paperwork. I literally have nothing negative to say about them!
Both team members took vacation the same week. Left just a clerk to handle questions. Additionally, twice I left messages with Lori asking her to call me. Never heard back.

They moved super fast to help us get funded, due to our lease being done. We were pre-qualified and funded in a little over 30 days, which upon talking to other loan companies said it wasn't possible. Super helpful throughout the entire process. As well as their online website was very easy to upload documents and keep us in the loop with the process of the approval. It was the first time my husband used his VA loan, this is a loan company I would recommend to other vets that are hesitant because of fear of how complicated, Veteran United makes it super streamed lined.
I wouldn’t recommend doing business with this company mainly because they aren’t in the state that most sellers are in and will leave out final cost because they don’t specialize in each state no matter whether they have qualifications. The knowledge just isn’t there. I ended up owing money because they left out school taxes and some other things. I wasn’t able to properly negotiate for more money for closing cost. Very poor job.
