My experience dealing with Veterans United was A+ up until the last week. Once my file passed underwriting review it became difficult to get any timely responses. I found it very frustrating and poor that 2 days before closing my monthly payments go up $400/month. It was very unprofessional for that kind of miscalculation at the last minute. No one from Veterans United took accountability for that negligence but instead diverted blame to others. Veterans United showed NO compassion for the position that their miscalculation put my family into.


About one of the most personable and overtly friendly organizations I have ever had experience with.
